Client Challenge
The customer needed some aluminum plates for an onstage demonstration of the classic commercials depicting a construction worker hanging from the hardhat with superglue. They had contacted another machine shop the day before and explained that they urgently needed the plates made and completed by the following morning. Information was sent, and the shop claimed they could do it no problem. The next morning when the client called to check the status of their plates, there was confusion over what needed to be done. The customer got frustrated and started searching for machine shops using google.
